In a dance, maybe you can call it that,
with the ancestors here,from Britain,
way back before the bronze age,way back,
its night an there’s a big fire,no clothes , no skins, just bodies hot from exertion, all painted in red ochre, covered in ochre,
guttural sounds from within, bone sounds banging,
this is wild, wild sexual animalistic abandoned mind, human gone,POWER POWER POWER,
this is not the tinted picture of modern pornography,THIS is a DEEP DEEP resonating power from within,POWER from the CORE of the EARTH , the sinewed muscle strength of the running rutting stag, the heaving forest boar, the crushing bear,
this is embracing the rawness of life and dancing it out,on the earth,A REAL SONG OF THE BODY AND LIFE,
you see people supposedly being wild these days, drinking, fucking, shouting, screaming,
i will tell you this,YOU COULD DROP A BOMB,AND THAT’S NOTHING IN COMPARISON, to the awesome power emanating from this ancient group of people, dancing the soul of animal life into being,
i dont have words that i can use sufficiently, that contain enough strength to describe the feeling,
maybe you got to feel it,yeah! i think that would be the only way.
We think we got it nowadays, but that’s far from true,we lost a lot,and mostly ,we killed our deepest connections.
