My Grandmother was Burmese,so i guess i get some of my passion for comfort from her,i get a great deal of pleasure from SENSUAL,there can be fulfilment in” prolonged”, certain colours effect me in that way, scents, sounds, taste, and the feel,i like to say “yeah thats good, that feels good”mellowing into the slow comfortable nice and easy, I am is far from lazy oh yeah! but i want to relax more and more, fall into the vibration of EAZY ,now that’s my requirement, the acceptance of pleasure and joy is something which the soul seeks,ENERGY moulded, created, formed, coaxed, into simple or complex designs of teased, explored senses, fully fill desire,i am becoming more and more influenced by Asian vibration, like the simple food i am finding in Thali cafes, maybe passing a small red bamboo, the rich colouring of north Indian villagers clothing, and i seem to see myself mixing these flavours with the slower songs of Robert Plant or David Gilmour, but there again i can find it in a whole heap of music from Huckle to Crosby Stills and Nash, maybe its more about self acceptance and simple,i know i used to find it VERY difficult combining the different aspects of myself,i would follow one strong part and then get frustrated at seemingly having dropped another part, this went on for quiet a number of years ,and then one day i dropped it, dropped the lot,i didn’t give up,i gave in,i just simply gave into ME, now there is no overriding aspect,i am merely a synthesis of the complete whole,i am a curry and a chocolate cake and a bowl of guavas all together,i do not have a problem with me , i do not feel the need to conform to other peoples criteria s i am not looking for an identity, blending things is beautiful, NOW there is simply a desire to EXPAND it,expand the whole outwards, and i feel my little brown Grandmother played a major part in what has happened, she perhaps more than anyone like the fox adapting to living in the towns showed me how to go with the flow and not against it .
Our ancestors may have moved on,yet there wisdom remains ,IF we choose to allow it to teach and guide us.
